All the new stamps issued in May 2007 were for first class mail in Finland. Scouting were featured on two stamps, and stamp booklets featuring public transport and Moomins were issued.

In this Domfil catalogue not only stamps are pictured but also leaflets and blocks are portrayed and included in the listings. All the stamps etc. are ordered per land and they are all in full colour on a scale of 50% of the original stamps. Nevertheless the quality of the pictures is very good. Thanks to the spacious lay out, lettering type, paper and colours used it is a pleasure to use this manual.
