JK Rowling's bespectacled hero Harry Potter is now available on postage stamps. The stamps, issued on 17th July 2007 through a special licensing arrangement with Warner Bros and Bloomsbury, are a big hit in the Great Britain.Harry Potter booksThe Royal Mail came up with seven highly collectible First Class stamps, which feature the sleeve artwork from the Bloomsbury editions of each of the seven Harry Potter books. The postage stamps feature the Hogwarts crests; the Hogwarts school crest and those of the four houses - Hufflepuff, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Gryffindor.Each First Class stamp features the cover of one of the Harry Potter books: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and, of course, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows. Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin, the four houses that make up Hogwarts, also make up the Miniature Sheet.
