Face behind hat stamps unveiled

Fabulous Hat Stamps

Model Erin O'Connor is the face behind Royal Mail's Fabulous Hat Stamps - the first time the identity of a living person on a stamp has been revealed by Royal Mail.

Set of four stamps

The set of four stamps feature hats by contemporary milliners and were shot in silhouette by fashion photographer Nick Knight.
The Fabulous Hats Stamps are released on 19 June - the first day of Royal Ascot - and are available at all Post Offices.

Erin O'Connor

Erin O'Connor is pictured wearing the hat featured on the first class stamp and designed by Pip Hackett. This is the first time a special stamp issue has been devoted to hats.
